Warm weather again. It’s going great. Soon a long summer-break for a lot of people. I’ll keep working on my art- career. It’s going great.
Today I cooked, cleaned, painted, shopped, cycled and walked, enjoyed the weather and did some chores and read my book.
I am still focusing on good cooking and eating and drinking. Heatlhy. You really need to focus on that, because there is so much deception. All I can say now is: buy organic and especially fruit and vegetables. Then you’re good. Oh, and don’t cook/ bake in oils, except for real olive oil and coconut oil. You can also use cow milk butter.
