today was market- day again: open, outside market with vegetables, cheese, Dutch fish, herbs, some guy with purses (that’s new). But I always go for cheese on Saturday, mostly organic cheese, but this time goat- cheese. Was tasty as well. And in cheese is the Vitamine- K. Good for some things. The weather was great. And I painted another piece. ZS

Last day of the school – and workweek for Dutch people. Ofcourse there are who have Saturday- school, or have to work in the weekens. But all by all: most are now free for two days. That means: going to the market on Saturday, and barbecuing on Sunday if it is nice weather. For me it is the market, household chores, walking, talking, and painting. zs

Warm weather again. It’s going great. Soon a long summer-break for a lot of people. I’ll keep working on my art- career. It’s going great.
Today I cooked, cleaned, painted, shopped, cycled and walked, enjoyed the weather and did some chores and read my book.
I am still focusing on good cooking and eating and drinking. Heatlhy. You really need to focus on that, because there is so much deception. All I can say now is: buy organic and especially fruit and vegetables. Then you’re good. Oh, and don’t cook/ bake in oils, except for real olive oil and coconut oil. You can also use cow milk butter. ZS

Today warm weather, though 10 degrees celcius lower than yesterday. But that’s not persé bad, it’s still warm enough.
Busy day. Having a walk with an aquintance. Did some blood-testing. Shopped some stuff for my art. And made a painting. And cooked ofcourse, and oh right, did my household.

It was the hottest day in months. About 30 degree celcius at it’s peak today. Tomorrow it will drop about 10 degree celcius and the days after that it will rise again.
So, a lot of people had work and school, but others were free and stayed in the sun or in the shade. Me myself I continued my painting, and organising the house, eating healthy food and drinks. Things like that. ZS

Pentecost day 2. Yesterday day 1 there were party-events, but today it’s a silent day, but free from work or school for the most.
Very sunny once more, going slightly warmer tomorrow and then down and up again, typically Dutch.

A feast-day, because of Pentecost. I’m not religious, like many others, but there is party for everyone anyway. A big dome on the marketplace in town for a free festival with some bands and dj’s. It’s great weather, also for the coming week.
No art today, my mother came to visit and we shopped some.

Fixed my instagram. (it was hacked). So I am just continuing with new art from me (Sayno Nimbus).

The weather is hot! The summer is really starting in the Netherlands. Today about 25 degrees celcius (!). I went outside, but also worked on my paintings. My instagram got hacked this week (they changed my name, stripped all my photo’s etc.) but I got it back. My 103 posts are gone, but I’m just gonna continue. Already posted my newest works. tomorrow it is market again, and Sunday and Monday it is Pentecost. ZS

Got hacked on my IG yesterday. They already tried my e-mail multiple times, but failed. Unlickely so they succeeded partially on my IG. Changed the name, info and removed all my postst (103!!). I found out just in time, just every password, logged out old mobile etc. It was probably malware hack on an old phone. So I’m back, but alas the posts are gone, but I am ready to continue with new work.ZS
